About PDF Rotator
Rotate every page of a PDF, or just specific pages, directly in your browser — useful for fixing a page or two that got scanned sideways or upside down. Choose which pages and which direction; each rotation adds to a page's existing rotation, so a page you rotate twice ends up rotated twice as far.
This tool changes each page's stored rotation, not its content — a fast, lightweight change rather than re-rendering the page.
Frequently asked questions
Do my PDFs get uploaded anywhere?+
No — rotating happens entirely in your browser. Your PDF file and its contents are never sent to a server.
Can I rotate just one or two pages instead of the whole document?+
Yes — choose "Rotate specific pages" and list the pages and ranges you want, the same way as PDF Page Extractor and PDF Page Deleter.
What happens if a page is already rotated?+
The rotation you choose adds to whatever rotation the page already has, rather than replacing it — so rotating an already-90°-rotated page another 90° leaves it at 180°, not back at 90°.
Does rotating a page re-render or degrade its content?+
No — this changes the page's stored rotation setting, the same property a PDF viewer already reads to display it. The actual page content isn't touched.
Does this work with password-protected PDFs?+
No — an encrypted or password-protected PDF is detected and flagged rather than silently failing or attempting to bypass the password.
Is this tool free?+
Yes, completely free with no sign-up.
